Ordering Online

Payments online can be made via PayPal, credit or debit card. We strongly advice to use card payment if you are based in the UK.  If you are struggling to make payment online, please contact us so we can process your order by email or by phone.

M & A Gems and Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local postal service or customs checks. Any customs changes are the sole responsibility of the customer. You will be provided with a tracking number for your order at the time of dispatched.

We hold no responsibility over the parcel once it has been posted.

In case an item is returned to us after purchase, the customer will be responsible for the postage cost back to us in all cases.

All UK, Europe and International orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, fully tracked with signature on delivery, we always keep proof. 

We will only deliver items to the billing address , if for any reason you need the item to go to a different delivery address other than the billing address please contact us after you made payment,  we can arrange this for you.
